Meeting of the 'My Step' Faction of the National Assembly Concludes with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan
The meeting of the 'My Step' faction of the National Assembly with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has concluded. According to Armenpress, the leader of the 'My Step' faction, Lilit Makunts, stated in a conversation with reporters that there was no special agenda, and the format was open-ended. Various issues were discussed in a question-and-answer format.
“We touched upon a wide range of topics, including domestic politics, cooperation within the EAEU framework, and potential reforms in the police system. We are talking about comprehensive reforms; there is a necessity for changes to be implemented in that system. In this regard, the permanent commission on security and defense will have its role,” said Lilit Makunts.
The meeting also addressed ongoing developments surrounding Amulsar. Lilit Makunts noted that nothing new was stated, and they reiterated what had previously been mentioned.
When asked if Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is satisfied with the work of the 'My Step' faction, Lilit Makunts replied, “It seems that yes.”
