Arsen Torosyan Visits Woman Who Lost Child at Republican Hospital

Health Minister Arsen Torosyan visited Haykuhi Khachatryan this morning, who recently gave birth at the 'Republican' maternity hospital. The young woman had health complaints and was hospitalized yesterday evening. She was diagnosed with right-sided pneumonia. Her condition is stable and under medical supervision.

During the conversation with Haykuhi, the minister stated that he would be consistent in both the treatment and the full investigation of the incident.

It should be noted that on September 24, a 33-year-old resident of Kotayk region, Haykuhi Khachatryan, lost her newborn at the Republican maternity hospital. During this time, Haykuhi, who had not seen her child's body, received an anonymous call informing her that the newborn's body had not been sent for forensic examination. 'It's a lie, I haven't seen my child's body, I was informed that there is nothing in any laboratory,' said Haykuhi. She suspects everything—from organ trafficking to the possibility that her child is still alive.
