Putin and Aliyev to Meet in Sochi on October 3
On October 3, during the international conference in Sochi, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will meet.
The gathering, held under the auspices of the Valdai Discussion Club, will be titled "The World Order: A View from the East." Before the general meeting, which will include leaders from Russia, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, and Jordan, the two presidents will hold a separate meeting.
According to media reports, the intrigue surrounding this meeting lies in the fact that just two days prior, Putin was in Yerevan, participating in the EAEU economic summit, where a bilateral meeting took place between Russian President and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
