Hovhannes Igityan Faces Difficult Departure
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the government is searching for a candidate to replace Hovhannes Igityan, a member of the Armenian delegation to the Council of Europe, who is affiliated with the My Step Alliance. According to our sources within the government, a suitable candidate has not yet been found.
Mikael Zolyan would be included, but he is currently under scrutiny and targeted by Nikol Pashinyan, which complicates matters. This session marks Igityan's final participation, and according to our sources, he is finding it extremely difficult to cope with the fact of his removal, as he was included on the governmental list specifically to operate in this international capacity.
Further details can be found in today’s issue of the newspaper.
