«Hraparak». Putin's Security Personnel Have Already Arrived in Armenia
«Hraparak» newspaper reports that the Armenian government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are actively preparing for the EAEU meeting and Vladimir Putin's visit, which will take place on October 1. The protocol and security personnel for Putin, known as “peredavoye”, have already arrived in Armenia. They have surveyed the location, met with Ministry of Foreign Affairs staff, and addressed security and protocol issues to ensure that the Russian president's visit proceeds without incidents and his safety is adequately ensured.
It is worth noting that during the previous visit, even the observation points in Yerevan were reinforced to prevent any potential diversion. When we inquired why these measures were not taken this time, we received no response but were told that they are in an active process.
