Tragic Accident in Aragatsotn: One Fatality

In the Aragatsotn region, today, September 20, a major and tragic car accident occurred. Around 08:10, on the 70 km segment of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, within the administrative area of Talin, a head-on collision took place between a Volkswagen Jetta with license plate 81 TD 881 and a Nissan Pathfinder with license plate 50 XX 220.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, one person died at the scene, while four others, who were initially assisted by bystanders and then promptly arrived emergency responders, were transported to the Talin Medical Center.

Following the investigator's instructions, the vehicles have been moved to the secure area of the Talin Police Department. The police and the investigative unit are working to establish the identities of the drivers, the deceased, and the injured.
