No Discussion on Mher Grigoryan's Dismissal
The office of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan has released a statement refuting rumors regarding his dismissal. The statement emphasizes, "Such questions have never been discussed in relation to Mher Grigoryan."
It is worth noting that there have been circulating reports in the media suggesting that the current trend of resignations will continue. According to these reports, Mher Grigoryan is expected to be among those stepping down.
On August 16, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that he had signed the resignation request for Vahe Grigoryan. This was followed by Grigoryan's announcement, and later, President Armen Sarkissian signed the decree.
Just yesterday, on September 18, the President signed a decree relieving Valery Osipyan from the position of Chief of Police. The duties of the Police Chief will be performed by Deputy Chief Arman Sargsyan. Osipyan has issued a statement indicating that he will discuss the reasons for his departure at a later time. He has already been appointed as the chief advisor to the Prime Minister.
