Manuk Poghosyan to Replace Head of Kosh Penitentiary
Yesterday, it was reported that the head of Kosh Penitentiary Lyova Baghdasaryan was arrested. It became known that he was apprehended at the moment of receiving a bribe.
According to the spokesperson of the Correctional Service, Nona Navikyan, Baghdasaryan will be replaced by his deputy, Manuk Poghosyan. It is noteworthy that Lyova Baghdasaryan was one of the veterans of the system, having worked in the penitentiary since 2001 in various positions, including head of the staff and deputy head. He had been the head of Kosh Penitentiary since 2015.
