Osipyan's Resignation Not Discussed at Security Council Meeting, Mirzoyan
The issue of Police Chief Valeri Osipyan's resignation was not discussed at the Security Council meeting, stated National Assembly President Ararat Mirzoyan during a briefing with journalists.
"Such a question could not have been raised at the Security Council meeting. The meeting had its specific agenda, and only agenda items were discussed," Mirzoyan said.
