«Jnews». The Issue of Sargsyan's Residence Will Soon Be Resolved: Where Will He Live

According to the newspaper «Jnews», the issue of Serzh Sargsyan's residence may soon be resolved. So far, the government has offered him ten different options, all of which have been rejected. For example, he was offered another villa worth 1.25 million USD in the Avan administrative district, next to the house of the former president of the Football Federation, Ruben Hayrapetyan, but he declined it again.

Currently, a villa is being built near the Reception House of the NSS, which is registered under the name of Kamo Avagumyan, a businessman residing in Russia and the owner of the company “MB Capital.” It is known, however, that Armenia's third president, Serzh Sargsyan, will be living there. Who is Kamo Avagumyan? He is the official representative of the “Mercedes” brand in Russia and also represents the Office of the Prosecutor General of Armenia in Russia.
