«Hraparak». It is Known Who Wrote Vanetsyan's Resignation Text
«Hraparak» newspaper writes that following Arthur Vanetsyan's announcement yesterday, Prime Minister's spokesperson Vladimir Karapetyan stated, 'It is necessary to find out who wrote the text attributed to Arthur Vanetsyan. We hope that the author has not 'accidentally' escaped criminal responsibility thanks to the PR offices of corrupt individuals.'
We inquired about who wrote the text. A well-informed person indicated that the text was written by the then former director of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, along with his advisor, Armen Davtyan.
It is noteworthy that poet Armen Davtyan worked for nearly 20 years as a referent to the President of Armenia and was dismissed from his position as a referent to the Prime Minister in early March of this year, after which he took a job at the NSS as an advisor to the director.
