Anthem, Colored Smoke: Celebrations Mark News of Kocharian's Continued Detention
In the Shengavit administrative district court of Yerevan, presided over by Anna Danibekyan, the decision regarding the request for the release of second President Robert Kocharian was announced a short while ago.
Anna Danibekyan stated that the court rejects the request. Kocharian will remain in detention.
Following the announcement of the decision, those opposing Kocharian began singing the national anthem, organized a fireworks display, and released colored smoke.
