Today, the first hearing in the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, is taking place at the Shengavit residence of the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan. The second president's son, Levon Kocharian, is also present at the court session.

Journalists asked him what expectations he has from this judicial process. "I expect that the judge will administer justice, and that the experience of the judge who previously released him will not intimidate her or deter her from carrying out her duties," he said.
