Tesla Did Not Gift Electric Car to Alexander Lukashenko
American businessman Elon Musk has announced that Tesla did not gift an electric car to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. This was stated on his Twitter page.
It is mentioned that on September 4, Alexander Lukashenko claimed that Musk had gifted him a Tesla electric car. Two days later, the billionaire refuted the Belarusian president's statement by leaving a comment under an article on the website Beloruskiy Partizan.
The editors of the news site published an article on Twitter titled “Who Actually Gave Lukashenko the $165,000 Electric Car?” In the comments, one user asked the businessman if he indeed made the gift. Musk denied it.
