Foreign Investments Increased by 20 Percent: Government

“In the first half of 2019, compared to the same period last year, foreign direct investments in the real sector increased by 26%, while the inflow of foreign direct investments rose by 20%.” This was announced via a Facebook post by the Government of Armenia.

According to these data, in the first half of 2019:

• The amount of foreign direct investments was 126 billion drams
• The total amount of foreign investments was 705 billion drams
