I announce that after reviewing the materials of the criminal case, we, together with my defenders, have decided to submit a petition to terminate the criminal prosecution against me, referencing all the materials already present in the criminal case.
After the preliminary investigation body and the prosecution discuss the petition, we will hold a press conference and answer all questions.
At the same time, confident that the overwhelming majority of the public is convinced of my impartiality, honesty, and principled stance, I still inform those who are influenced by the rumors circulating in the mass media and on Facebook that there are no such data present in the criminal case materials, including operational data.
I am attaching the results of the operational measures carried out by the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the NSS at the instruction of the investigation body of the NSS.
Justice will surely be restored.
