I Remain Reserved in Expressing Public Opinion on Any Case: Vahe Grigoryan
“Dear journalists, I remain reserved in expressing public opinions on any case and, unfortunately, cannot provide the detailed information you expect in response to your questions,” wrote Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan on his Facebook page, continuing with:
“However, considering the importance of the information you have requested regarding issues at the center of public interest, as well as the fact that the transparency of public hearings during the examination of cases by higher courts also includes evidentiary and procedural documents presented by the parties, which are not accessible to the public due to established tradition, I am providing below, in response to your inquiries, the document dated August 28, 2019, addressed to the members of the Constitutional Court and Judge Dilyan.”
“At this moment, I will refrain from commenting beyond the positions expressed in this document. Thank you.”
