I Expect the Constitutional Court Judges to Conduct a Fair Trial: Levon Kocharyan

I expect that the judges of the Constitutional Court will carry out justice and will not succumb to various pressures. This was stated by Levon Kocharyan during a conversation with reporters today.

When asked what specific pressures he was referring to, Levon Kocharyan replied, 'You know very well, starting from the country’s top officials, to various leaks, including a statement made by one of the judges of the Constitutional Court.'

It is noteworthy that today, the Constitutional Court of Armenia is examining the application of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, based on Article 35 and Article 135, Part 2, of the Criminal Procedure Code.
