Constitutional Court Holds Session to Discuss Vahé Grigoryan's Application
At present, the Constitutional Court is holding a session to discuss the application of Judge Vahé Grigoryan, according to 1in.am.
The decision regarding the examination of Grigoryan's application will be made today.
The session is attended by two judges of the Constitutional Court and seven members. Today's decision is significant because if a ruling is made regarding the impossibility of three judges participating in the Kocharyan case, then five judges will participate in the examination of Kocharyan's appeals at tomorrow's session. Each vote will effectively be decisive.
