Several Heads of Police Departments Dismissed

Today, on August 22, the Head of the Police of Armenia, Police Major General Valery Osipyan, issued several orders. According to Shamshyan.com, Osipyan's order has dismissed Avet Hovhannisyan, the head of the Jambarak Police Department, from his position.

In another order from the Chief of Police, Narek Simonyan has been dismissed from the position of Deputy Head of Operations at the Sevan Police Department and has been appointed as the head of the Jambarak Police Department.

According to another order from Osipyan, Surik Janikyan has been dismissed from his position as the head of the Sevan Police Department at his own request.

In another order, Samvel Khmelian has been appointed as the head of the Sevan Police Department.

Additionally, Ara Kocharyan, the head of the Gavar Police Department, has also been dismissed from his position and sent to the police personnel's reserve.
