House for Serzh Sargsyan Being Built Next to the NSS Reception House

The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that the house being constructed next to the National Security Service (NSS) reception house is registered under the name of Kamo Avagumyan, a businessman residing in Russia and owner of the company "MB Capital." However, it is known that the house will be occupied by the third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan.

Interestingly, Sargsyan initially aimed to reside in the NSS reception house, but after being denied by the new government, he decided to live in that vicinity instead.

It's worth noting that back in 2003, a decision made by then-mayor Yervand Zakharian prohibited capital construction in that area due to the high possibility of landslides.
