Fire at the Foot of Mount Ara: Two Firefighting Units Deployed
On August 20, at 09:16, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations received a report via the "911" emergency service regarding a fire in a grassy area near a sand mine at the foot of Mount Ara in the Kotayk Province.
Two firefighting units from the regional rescue service of the Ministry have been dispatched to the scene. It has been determined that approximately 20 hectares of grassland are burning in the mentioned area.
