Five Participants of the Protest Near the National Assembly Gardens Detained
Five participants of the protest in support of Amulsar have been detained. Activist Anna Shahnazaryan reported this during a conversation with SHANTNEWS.am.
She listed the names of those detained: Ani Khachatryan, Harutyun Simonian, Mikael Margaryan, and Ani Hakobjanyan. Khachatryan mentioned that another young man, whose name she does not know, was also detained, and she is aware that he is feeling very unwell.
'The most concerning part was that the police provoked these acts of violence, preventing us from using public space,' she said.
The activist noted that since their access to the National Assembly gardens was blocked, they are heading to Saryan Park to hold discussions.
