Azerbaijan Acquires Israeli-Made Drone and British Sniper Rifles
Azerbaijan's Border Guard Service has acquired the Israeli-made Skylark (Bullet) mini-unmanned aerial vehicle. According to Minval.az, the latest drones were showcased on August 14 in Baku's State Flag Square.
The Skylark drone has been developed by the Israeli company Silver Arrow. In addition, it has been reported that the Border Guard Service has accepted sniper rifles from a well-known British manufacturer into its arsenal in honor of the 100th anniversary of the border troops.
During the event held the day before, the RPA Rangemaster – 338LM rifles, Azerbaijani-made ST-338 Yalquzaq, American CheyTac, Swiss OM-50 Nemesis, Finnish Sako TRG-22, Croatian MACS, Austrian SSG-08, and SSG-M1 rifles were also displayed, which are already included in the arsenal of the Border Guard Service.
