Are the procurements for road construction and repairs legal? The Anti-Corruption Committee will conduct an investigation
Davith Sanasaryan made a post on his Facebook page: "Regarding important matters, the Anti-Corruption Committee is conducting an investigation into the adherence to the legislative requirements governing the procurement processes for road construction, repair, and reconstruction works in Armenia for the year 2019.
All organizations that have ever been involved in the disputed procurement processes and have faced discriminatory treatment are encouraged to contact the Anti-Corruption Committee by sending a letter to [email protected] (signed and scanned version) or by mailing to 47 Mashtots Avenue, Yerevan."
