Konstantin Orbelian Lends $600,000, Claims to Be a Victim of Fraud

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, the investigative division of the Shengavit police department has initiated proceedings based on a complaint by Konstantin Orbelian. As reported by sources, he has approached law enforcement and stated that in July 2016, a sales contract was concluded between him and a person identified as G. M. at a notary office located in the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan, after which he lent a large sum of American dollars to G. M.

K. Orbelian has informed authorities that G. M. fraudulently and by abusing his trust acquired the aforementioned amount of money. According to sources, the amount involved is approximately $600,000. The police are currently working to establish G. M.'s identity and the notary office where the transaction took place.
