Ara Minasian is Wanted Again

The former director of the St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center, Ara Minasian, has had his charges reclassified and intensified. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee.

Specifically, it is stated that the charges against Minasian have been reclassified. Ara Minasian faces charges under part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, part 2 of Article 38-325, and part 1 of Article 179, clause 3 (two episodes), and part 2 of Article 325. He is accused of using his executive powers against the interests of the medical center, resulting in a particularly large property damage of 908,047,850 AMD to the Republic of Armenia, as well as incurring particularly large losses of 45,402,392.5 AMD and 27,039,000 AMD (two episodes) and forgery of documents by a group of individuals with prior agreement.
