Two Citizens Attempted to Jump from Davtashen Bridge

On July 8, at 14:28, the "911" service received a report that two citizens were attempting to commit suicide by jumping from the Davtashen Bridge in Yerevan, requiring rescue assistance.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, an operational team from the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry, along with an instructor from the psychological support division, and one firefighting unit were dispatched to the scene.

Before the rescuers arrived, the suicide attempt was successfully prevented by the citizens themselves.
