I am the President of the Constitutional Court: Hrayr Tovmasyan

“There is no situation that requires a solution, there is no issue that has a solution. I do not see an issue, and if I do not see an issue, I cannot speak about a solution,” said Hrayr Tovmasyan, the President of the Constitutional Court, during a conversation with reporters today, adding that there is no crisis at the Constitutional Court.

Reporters inquired about his collaboration with the newly elected judge Vahe Grigoryan. “What does it mean to ask how we work together? We work calmly, we assign cases, he participates in some discussions, but does not attend the sessions,” he replied.

When asked if Tovmasyan is a judge or a member of the Constitutional Court, he responded, “I am the President of the Constitutional Court.”
