What is this: Indifference or Conspiracy? Why Are Perfect Streets Being Re-Asphalted Again? A Citizen's Call

A video call from a user named Arkadi Galstyan has been received on the Facebook page of Aurora Media's news service, showing his journey through the Yegvard Highway, where he demonstrates the cut asphalt. Naturally, vehicles are falling into these potholes and getting damaged.

The citizen also presents a valid request, noting that he has reached out to various governmental offices, including the Ministry of Transport and the City Hall, for four days, asking why perfect streets are being re-asphalted when there are much more urgent issues in several other areas of the capital.

From this, two assumptions can be made: either the bureaucrats left over from the previous administration are trying to show they are doing their job this way, or they are acting in a way that provokes citizens to complain about Mayor Haik Marutyan and, why not, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
