‘As you can see, I am going to work’: Hrayr Tovmasyan
Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan went to work today despite calls from the National Assembly the day before. In a conversation with reporters, he stated, ‘As you can see, I am going to work,’ revealing his defiance amidst ongoing protests demanding his resignation.
It is worth noting that Nikolay Bagdasaryan, a member of the National Assembly's ‘My Step’ faction, stated that it would be appropriate for Tovmasyan not to attend court tomorrow, as he is no longer a judge of that court and never was. The police must prevent any non-judge from entering the administrative premises.
