Real Estate Transactions Increased by 17.8% This May
In May 2019, there were 15,956 transactions for the state registration of property rights in the Republic, which is a decrease of 1.9% compared to April 2019, but an increase of 17.8% compared to May 2018.
The Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia reports that in May 2019, the average market prices of apartments in multi-unit residential buildings in Yerevan increased by 0.9% compared to April 2019, and by 9.9% compared to May 2018.
In regional cities, the average market prices of apartments in multi-unit residential buildings also increased by 0.5% in May 2019 compared to April 2019.
