Let All My Revolutionary Friends Forgive Me: Daniel Ioannisyan

Hrayer Tovmasyan is the legitimate president of the Constitutional Court. This was stated by Daniel Ioannisyan, the head of the 'Informed Citizens' Union NGO, on his Facebook page.

'Although I consider Hrayer Tovmasyan to be an incompetent and problematic figure, I must honestly acknowledge that he is the legitimate president of the Constitutional Court. Let all my revolutionary friends forgive me, but at least regarding the president of the Constitutional Court, Article 213 of the Constitution is quite unambiguous,' he noted.

It should be reminded that today at the National Assembly, newly elected Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan announced that he is entering the Constitutional Court as the only judge, because the other judge is currently absent, and thus he will assume the powers and responsibilities of the president of the Constitutional Court.
