Azerbaijan Conducts New Military Exercises, Expert Says

Expert on Turkish-Kurdish conflicts and founder of the NGO "Armenian Strong Army," Karen Hovhannisyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Azerbaijan is conducting new military exercises again. This time, several units are demonstrating their combat readiness, working together to fulfill military tasks. I believe it is time for the Armenian side to make official statements, as the number of military exercises and drills conducted by states is limited by various international memoranda and agreements. In Azerbaijan's case, from January until now, there have been, on average, two large military exercises and four various training drills and maneuvers each month, conducted solely within Azerbaijan's territory."
