It Is Known How the Prosperous Armenia Party Will Vote on Vahe Grigoryan's Candidacy

The Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) faction in the National Assembly has decided that each member will vote according to their own preference regarding the candidacy of Vahe Grigoryan for the Constitutional Court. This was stated by PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan during a press briefing with journalists in the National Assembly today.

“We have decided as a faction to leave this issue open, meaning we leave it to each person's discretion: whoever wants to vote in one way or another, let them do so. We had done the same last time,” he said.

It is noteworthy that the question of appointing a judge to the Constitutional Court is included in the agenda of today's National Assembly session.

Recall that on May 31, RA President Armen Sarkissian nominated Vahe Grigoryan for the position of Constitutional Court judge.
