Vardan Balayan Dismissed from the Position of Deputy Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, has signed a decree relieving Major General Vardan Balayan from the position of Deputy Commander of the Defense Army of Artsakh. This decision comes as Balayan is set to retire from military service due to long years of service and transition to military pension.
