Favorable Conditions for Finding Paths Towards a Final Solution: Statement from Artsakh

The dialogue between Artsakh and the United States, as well as with the other two co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group through direct official channels at various levels, will create favorable conditions for multi-sided discussions and finding paths toward a final resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and will significantly contribute to ensuring stability in the South Caucasus. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, Ani Sargsyan, in response to a question from the Apagarzh agency asking, 'How do you comment on Congressman Frank Pallone's statement in the U.S. Congress on June 13, regarding the necessity to lift the ban on U.S. officials visiting Artsakh?'

'We greatly appreciate Congressman Frank Pallone's consistent efforts aimed at establishing direct ties between Artsakh and the United States, which, we believe, will signal the unacceptability of Artsakh’s isolation. We are confident that dialogue through direct official contacts at various levels between Artsakh and the United States, as well as with the other two co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, will create favorable conditions for multi-sided discussions and finding paths toward a final resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and will significantly contribute to ensuring stability in the South Caucasus,' emphasized the spokesperson of the Artsakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
