Azerbaijani Armed Forces Use Mortar, Artsakh Defense Army Responds

From June 9 to 15, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire regime approximately 140 times in the contact zone of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan conflict, during which they fired more than 1000 shots towards Armenian positions using various types of firearms, reported the Defense Army press service.

In addition to firearms, on June 11, the Azerbaijani armed forces also used a HAN-17 type mortar (5 shells) against the combat positions located in the southern part of the Defense Army.

The frontline units of the Defense Army took appropriate measures to suppress the adversary's aggressive actions while confidently continuing to carry out combat duty.
