Tuition Fees for Working Students in Master's Programs to Be Compensated by Income Tax, Says Sisak Gabrielyan
The legislative initiative to reimburse tuition fees for working students through income tax is considered revolutionary, and we propose to apply it initially only to master's programs. This was stated today during a press conference with journalists in the National Assembly by Sisak Gabrielyan, a member of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs from the 'My Step' faction.
"In the future, if it becomes possible to make further changes under the 'Law on Education,' it may also be applied to bachelor's programs if there are changes in the bachelor's program, flexible schedules, etc., but at this moment, it is specifically for master's and doctoral programs. We believe that in the case of master's programs, our youth are making a conscious choice," he said.
