‘Get Your Hands Off This Case,’ Kocharian to Judge

Roberto Kocharian's lawyers have once again submitted a motion for the recusal of the presiding judge, Armen Hamleti Danielyan. They also joined the concluding motion of Seda Safaryan, disagreeing with its descriptive part.

Shortly before, Robert Kocharian himself expressed his stance regarding the submitted motions: ‘Get your hands off this case, it doesn’t smell good at all, it really doesn’t smell good at all. For fabricating and arranging this case, people will be held accountable in the future.’

He noted that he feels bad about the negative attitude towards the judge he appointed: ‘It’s unfortunate that over the years you’ve acquired such a bad reputation. This case is not your handiwork,’ Kocharian said.
