The First Court Hearing in the Case of Kocharian vs. Pashinyan Will Take Place Tomorrow
The judge of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, Larisa Sargsyan, has accepted the petition filed by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian. This was reported by the Datalex court information system.
It is known that the first court hearing in the case of Robert Kocharian against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will take place tomorrow, June 12, at 16:30.
It should be reminded that the lawsuit filed by Armenia's 2nd President Robert Kocharian against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was submitted to the court on September 17 of last year, demanding a public apology.
The basis of the lawsuit revolves around statements made by acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his visit to the French Republic, as well as clarifications concerning the phone conversation between the heads of the National Security Service and the Special Investigative Service.
