Reports of Regional Governors' Bonuses are False

The Information Verification Center's press service reports that the news regarding the bonuses for regional governors is false.

“On June 10, various media outlets reported that regional governors had rewarded themselves once again. Specifically, this concerned the regions of Lori and Tavush. It was noted that the employees of the regional administrations received quarterly bonuses, and there were no unrewarded employees. However, the Tawush and Lori regional administrations have stated that bonuses were awarded only once this year, based on the results of the first quarter, and that no further bonuses have been given. The information circulated in the media is based on old data that has been circulated again.”
