Osipyan on Black-Clad Groups
The Chief of Police of Armenia, Valery Osipyan, agrees with the Prime Minister's perspective that there are individuals attempting to assert themselves, demonstrating that they believe they can do anything in Armenia.
“There are people trying to assert themselves, thinking that they can do anything they want, but I assure you, that is only their opinion. If such individuals exist, they will face stringent intervention within the framework of the law,” Osipyan stated.
When asked about operational data on black-clad groups, Osipyan noted that operational information is not subject to publication. “There is nothing to be afraid of; our citizens are safe, and Armenia is one of the secure countries. These are operational details and are not subject to publication,” he added.
