Awful Conditions at Gyumri Station: Odor of the Restroom and Zero Service

In an interview with ArmDaily.am, a tourist named Lin visiting Armenia requested that her comments be presented as a call to action. She was astonished by the operation of the Yerevan-Gyumri train, as it turns out that the recently inaugurated express train is not functioning, with only one train running to Gyumri on Mondays.

Lin mentioned that she was impressed by the beauty of the Gyumri station and its architectural solutions, but the experience of boarding the train and the services provided at the station diminished that beauty to, at best, zero.

She was shocked by the shabby and neglected condition of the Gyumri station.

"There isn't even a clean space designated for enjoying coffee or relaxing. What kind of approach is this? You know, all the beauty disappears when you are greeted by the stench of the restroom," she lamented, clearly disappointed.
