Major Car Accident: Ford Transit Overturned in the Middle of the Road, Injuries Reported

A major car accident occurred today in Yerevan. Around 09:10, the driver of a Ford Transit with license plate 34 AM 790 crashed into a concrete barrier at the intersection known as "Zvartnots" airport, overturning the vehicle. Following this, it collided with an iron advertising pillar and ended up overturned in the middle of the road.

Photographer Gagik Shamshyan reports from the scene that the driver was transported to Astghik Medical Center with bodily injuries. Citizens were the first to provide assistance to the injured.

Materials are being prepared regarding the incident. The police are identifying the driver who was taken to the hospital. Traffic in the area slowed down partially and was restored when traffic police and citizens managed to right the vehicle and relocate it to a safe area.
