David Grigoryan May Avoid Vetting Process: 'Hraparak'
'Hraparak' newspaper reports that if the application submitted in the case of Robert Kocharyan is accepted for proceedings, the Constitutional Court may examine it within a maximum of six months. If the decision is in favor of Kocharyan, then the judge David Grigoryan, who changed the measure of restraint and applied to the Constitutional Court, will not undergo vetting, as this would be seen as political persecution against the judge for his decisions, and it would definitely be overturned in the ECHR later.
More details can be found in today's issue of the newspaper.
