The Judicial System is in Disarray: "Zhoghovourd"

"Zhoghovourd" newspaper writes that according to its information, the Armenian law enforcement system is searching for the source who informed judicial expert Artak Galstyan that the decision to release Robert Kocharian was written by the President of the Court of Appeals Vazgen Rshdoun and two other judges of the court, Arshak Vardanian and Mkhitar Papoyan.

According to our sources, law enforcement is conducting checks and taking explanations from representatives of the judicial system in an attempt to understand what connection they have with the information presented by the judicial expert. In other words, doubts have arisen within the judicial system that this information might have leaked from among them and that they are being slandered by the judges.

What will result from all this remains to be seen, but it is evident that the judicial system is in disarray.
