The Case Against Robert Kocharyan and Others Has Been Suspended and Sent to the Constitutional Court
The proceedings against former Armenian Vice Prime Minister Robert Kocharyan, Seyran Ohanyan, and Yuri Khachaturov have been suspended by court order and sent to the Constitutional Court.
This information was confirmed in an interview with Inesa Petrosyan, the lawyer of Seyran Ohanyan. She stated that she received a call from the court's staff informing her of the decision, though they did not disclose the grounds for the suspension.
It should be noted that Robert Kocharyan's attorneys had submitted a similar request to the court, but the court had not reviewed it.
The prosecutor's office stated that they do not possess any such information.
