I Consider This Activity Similar to State Betrayal: Pashinyan

During the electoral campaign for last year's parliamentary elections, I stated that I see a long-term goal of provoking a treasonous war, even granting certain territories, and placing the responsibility for what has happened on the Armenian government. This was said by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a Facebook live broadcast.

"In this sense, I consider this activity similar to state betrayal, and as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, which is the guarantor of Artsakh's security and the supreme commander of the armed forces in wartime situations, I will take the most stringent measures to root out these treasonous intentions.

By the way, I believe the time has come to establish an investigative committee in the National Assembly to examine the circumstances of the April 2016 war and obtain answers to a number of questions that concern us all," Pashinyan stated.
