This morning, citizens gathered near the building did not allow Gagik Harutyunyan, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, to leave the premises.
Gagik Harutyunyan was supposed to participate in a meeting at the government chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
